Incredible service, came out for an emergency and were very professional. Got the repair done 12 hours later, at a reasonable price

We had an outage at about 4am this morning. I ran the on/off test but the system system would not ignite. I called Grasshopper at 9 AM was told between 2 and 6. They were onsite by 2:15 ready to go. Ran diagnostics found the problem had the part in the truck and we were back up and running by 3:30. They did some testing found the filter was bad and changed that as well. This was great service, full explination, it was 60 degrees in the house. Outdoor temp was in the 20s. Great service!

We had a busted pipe in the basement and were being flooded. We needed help QUICK! Grasshopper came quick and made the repairs promptly. They were very courteous and pricing was reasonable.

We had routine maintenance done in Schenectady by Sergey and his partner , sorry I forgot your name. They were knowledgeable and very friendly and courteous. They suggested things that needed replacement but weren’t pushy.

Jose came to do a maintenance check on my sump pump & battery back up pump. He also flushed my hot water tank. He was very professional & efficient. Pointed out an issue with the tank just to make me aware.

The tech who came over to assess what was wrong with my heater that abruptly stopped working was an All-Star. So far, five stars. I’ll update this if anything changes after they install my new furnace this coming week!

Came to look at a furnace that wouldn’t ignite. Identifying the problem quickly and fixed easily. Ran a couple of tests and everything was good to go.

I have been a satisfied Grasshopper customer for three years now. They installed our new HVAC system and also provide a quarterly maintenance service for a very reasonable monthly fee. They always show up on time, are very efficient, and explain everything in plain language.

Chris came out to my farm in Sprakers to look at the farm house and figure out the best layout to install heat pumps and mini splits. He was very professional and took measurements and talked about all the different options. We had a great conversation.

Have been using them for annual furnace maintenance and am extremely pleased. Very professional and attentive before, during and after service. Brian and Blessing both technicians have been to the house and went above and beyond. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices for sure. Highly recommended.

Techs arrived in time very thorough. When finished they were very detailed in what was done to inspect my furnace. Loved the price as well and they didn’t try to upsell anything.

I scheduled an appointment for a furnace tuneup over a month ago. Today 2 hours before my appointment Grasshopper called to cancel the appointment due to a tech calling in sick. They offered an appointment in December, my wife took the day to wait for the technician to arrive. This is unacceptable.
Update: Last night I contacted the owner via text, she responded by setting up an appointment for my service this Sunday morning. I will report back when my service is complete.
The service tech just left after completing a service on my furnace. Tyler was professional, courteous and explained things so a layman could understand. He pointed out some issues with the unit and we came up with a plan to ensure the furnace runs at top efficiency. I expressed interest in a new hot water heater and was called in minutes by another gentleman to discuss my needs.
I want to thank Amanda for making this right and now Grasshopper has a new customer.

The technician called before arrival and arrived within the agreed upon time frame. He was extremely knowledgeable and described the issue and options in detail with me.
