We moved into a new house with a lot of plumbing issues. We were able to get scheduled quickly. The team made sure they had the proper equipment necessary to complete the job. Communication was great throughout the process. We were made aware of the projects that should be completed in the home to keep it running efficiently. I loved that I received a picture of who would be showing up to my house so I knew who to expect. Carlos, Adam and Ben provided us with excellent service.

Carlos was great! He was very thorough and proactive with any potential issues and helped keep me informed with how to extend the life of my hot water heater.

Luke and Luigi were both very knowledgeable, polite, and courteous. They asked lots of questions to make sure all my service needs were met. They also answered my questions and did follow up with the main office, with me, to address my questions they needed more information about.

From the initial call to help me with my heating issue, everyone was kind and helpful. My heating expert Alex was kind, thorough and fully explained my heating issues with great detail. I need a new heating system and Andrea went above and beyond to get my install scheduled fast. Can’t say enough about the service and knowledge of everyone. Thank you Grasshopper.

Alex promptly diagnosed the issues with my furnace when it stopped working. Grasshopper gave me a same day appointment then called back to say they could come earlier than initially expected.Alex is knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. He gave all the info he gathered to the office so Andrea could give me all the options available to fix my problem.

I had a phenomenal experience with Mike who did the walkthrough/evaluation of our needs. He explained the different options, pros and cons. He was very knowledgeable and followed up, working through pricing and options for us. There was a bit of miscommunication about rebates but when I expressed concern, Dot reached out and made everything right. From the beginning, I had heard great things about Grasshopper, but I was thrilled to see that it wasn't just hearsay, that they genuinely care about their clients and partnerships. Grasshopper corrected things they didn't necessarily have to and went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience and were happy/comfortable working with them.I cannot say enough great things about them, from the initial conversation to installation, to working through a miscommunication, they are an ideal company to work with on such expensive projects.

Ron was great. He came over to give me a quote on a new boiler but ended up recommending a repair instead. Always nice when a sales person doesn’t try to upcharge you when something can actually be repaired.

My experience with Grasshopper so far has been excellent. Pamela in the office has been wonderful and very understanding. Brian the project manager who came to my home was great and very easy to talk to knowledgeable.

I had an emergency situation with my furnace, Grasshopper came to the rescue and sent me two technicians, Tyler and Jordan. This team was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and informed me every step of the way on what was happening with my 32 year old furnace that I have been milking along for years. Tyler got it up and running (albeit on its last leg!). I then purchased a replacement unit which will be installed tomorrow morning. The service from both the technicians and the office team were fantastic. I will also mention that the folks who answered my phone calls were personable and kind and quick to get my service scheduled. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Tyler was absolutely outstanding and thorough. He also is hilarious 😂 and we shared a great laugh...highly recommend 👌...be wary of the scare tactic strong sales pitch...get a 2nd opinion 😞
