WHAT IS WHOLE-HOME WATER FILTRATION?

A whole-house water filter is a point-of-entry device. Installed where the main water line connects to your plumbing system, it distributes filtered, clean water throughout your home and is the only filter you need. By contrast, countertop and under-sink filters serve only one fixture. A whole-home filter treats all the water you drink and clean, cook, shower, do laundry, or brush your teeth with. The contaminants it removes and the method of removal depend on the type of filter.

WHAT DOES A WHOLE-HOME WATER FILTER DO?

Tap water often contains byproducts of chlorination and a wide range of disinfectants, solvents, and chemicals. It can have a higher concentration of chlorine than a swimming pool!
