Service was outstanding. Had a new furnace installed. Done the same day. They even let me use 2 portable heaters.

I’m still getting opinions and bids for heating my 1850’s 2 unit building with high ceilings. I’m leaving the review to say how quickly Grasshopper sent someone to review my situation. Joe seemed very knowledgeable and prices seemed reasonable considering the scope of work. They are in the running to get the job. Thank you Joe!

My furnace is only a few years old but I could not get it to fire and kept getting lockout alerts. I don’t have much experience working with an oil/kerosene furnace, so once I exhausted my limited knowledge I decided to look for a professional. Matt and Annie came out and were absolutely amazing. I’m very awkward around strangers but they made me feel at ease and Annie and I had a very engaging conversation. Matt was very efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem, and shared some good tips with me on how to avoid the issue happening again. They were both very respectful of myself and my property and were really knowledgeable. They also were patient with my very sweet but very noisy dogs! Price was reasonable too and didn’t put a strain on my budget. I highly recommend! Thank you!

The technician Alex Coller was helpful in assisting us with our steam heating system and will be using Grasshopper Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical for current and future issues.

Grasshopper reps/techs Brian & Kyle performed an annual service (boiler cleaning and overall system checkup) at our home on 11/17/25. Their work was excellent--thorough and efficient; Brian & Kyle were great, very friendly and good communicators. The cost (FB promo) was entirely reasonable and a great value. Will definitely use Grasshopper again. 👍

Not only was the service scheduled promptly to address the emergency, they sent a picture of the technician prior to arriving, he called notifying that he was near, came in, both very knowledgeable and proper. You have gained a new client.

Ray and Kyle came to look at my very old wall furnace - one for which parts are no longer made. Ray explained that when the rust gets worse on the inside wall, it could cause a carbon monoxide leak. With rising rising costs, along with tariffs, I thought it best to replace my wall furnace. There was no pressure. Both were very respectful and spoke clearly about what was going on without mumbling. Clear speech, I'm afraid, is going out of fashion. I'm glad these guys helped me with my gas wall furnace. Cost of replacement was reasonable. Thank you Ray & Kyle!

Today we had Nick and his helper do a complete install of a new smart hot water heater and Dehumidifier setup. Very polite knowledgeable and professional. Was very thorough in his explaining of the system. Recommend Nick 100%

I had some plumbing work that needed a second look, and Bill from the Plumbing Department at Grasshopper went above and beyond to help.

Bill was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure I understood what was happening and helped me feel confident about the work being done. While checking things over, he even caught another issue that could have caused bigger problems later on and explained exactly how to fix it.

You can tell Bill really cares about his work and his customers. He’s patient, thorough, and respectful, the kind of person who makes you feel your home is in good hands.

Service by Kyle Mitchell was great… prompt, clean, thorough, and fast. He was great. I thought the price was a little high…$783 for less than 2 hrs. work but I’m guessing that the main company gets most of that.
