Great job very thorough. Very responsive. They keep their appointments. They’re on top of things they sent a master technician Ray out to service he knew what was wrong before he even got there despite But I assumed that it was. Thank you Will always use them.
Grasshopper installed a new furnace and air conditioning system at my office. The technicians were very professional and did a nice job. After they completed the installation and were showing me the system , they discovered a problem with the wiring to my thermostat and had to make a temporary fix, but said they were going to have the company contact me about sending someone over to run a new wire. Given it was New Year's Eve when they did the installation, I am anticipating/hoping they will call me tomorrow to send someone to take care of it.
Matt was here for service today,was very informantative and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend Grasshopper .
I called last night and was able to get a tech out this evening. He wad able to quickly diagnosis and repair my hvac system!
From the start , the technician who came over to our home to assess a poorly installed furnace unit , showed the upmost respect and care for our space . His name is Joe B. Very professional. Paid attention to detail. Very knowledgeable of not only the unit we have but obvious issues that prevented it from working to its full potential. Joe did not rush , he took his time . He showed patience because after he gave me the run down , he went over it again with my wife lol. We did not feel like our time was wasted . Would definitely recommend Grasshopper to anyone in this area who is looking for professionalism and Honesty!! Thanks Joe!
Tyler showed up when they indicated he would. He was extremely professional and had a great sense of humor. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I will absolutely call on Grasshopper Heating and Cooling again.
The service we received from Grasshopper Heating with Kyle Backus servicing our furnace was excellent! He solved the problem by replacing the transformer. His knowledge and work experience was very apparent! Great job again!

Day after Christmas a Saturday and they didnt hesitate to come and get our heat back. Kyle was awesome knowledgeable prompt on time and very polite. Highly recommend them!! They will be my first call.if needed again.

Gave an arrival time between 10am-2pm technician arrived 30 minute early and within a second or two Alex knew what’s wrong with our new smart thermostat he was able to fix with no time. (SEE UPDATE!) Grasshopper reps/techs Brian & Kyle performed an annual service (boiler cleaning and overall system checkup) at our home on 11/17/25. Their work was excellent--thorough and efficient; Brian & Kyle were great, very friendly and good communicators. The cost (FB promo) was entirely reasonable and a great value. ***UPDATE: Would have planned to use Grasshopper again, EXCEPT for DOUBLE BILLING! As requested, I paid by giving my check to service tech; this check cleared my bank thev NEXT DAY(!!), and then this charge was applied AGAIN--A SECOND TIME--as an ACH payment the following day. My bank asked me to contact the vendor (Grasshopper); I did and was told this (double presentation) was a "mistake" and that I would get a refund. About 1-1/2 weeks later I received a check for the overpayment--it came is a nondescript envelope with return address of Quickbooks--nothing I would recognize or ordinarily even open. Not sure why I opened what appeared to be an unsolicited marketing piece, but so glad I did. Lesson learned: DONT PAY GRASSHOPPER WITH A CHECK!! If I wasn't watching my checking account DAILY, I would never have caught this double-taking! HOW is it a "mistake" to present a paper check--for clearance the day after it was written--and then present the same check as an electronic ACH payment the following day!!??!! Something VERY WRONG HERE!

My wife and I decided on grasshopper based on some reviews we saw, and decided to give them a try for our clogged drains.
Dylan arrived in the time told, and was fantastic from the start. Very clear on what it could be, and once we got to the pipe, he had it figured out with speed.
The price was perfect, especially with being able to watch the camera monitor as it went down the drain, and he even pointed out a problem that I had never considered.

They installed a new boiler and combination tankless hot water heater. We were thrilled with the experts who installed it, our sales person and their responsiveness! They were all very courteous, knowledgeable and wanted to ensure we were happy with all of the work when finalizing the installation. Great customer service and response time! Highly recommend them!

Grasshopper was determined to help us when our heat went out in a very cold weekend. They sent multiple technicians out to work on the problem. They worked to help us feel comfortable in everything they did.
Had a checkup on my furnace i purchased a year prior. The worker was respectful and pleasant told me that everything was working great. They are a great company if you have any problems just call them and they'll get someone out to look into your issue A+++

Grasshopper Heating and Cooling serviced our Heating System, preventative maintenance, at our Halfmoon NY home. They arrived promptly, introduced themselves, very professional, did the service while explaining how well the numbers reflected the efficiency, checked for Carbon Monoxide and Gas levels. Changed my filter, cleaned up and were again very pleasant to deal with.
As never utilizing this company previously and calling due to a bizarre smell coming from the basement, they squeezed us in as an emergency visit- were at our door in 2 hours, gave us the news…. Unfortunately we needed to repair parts of our furnace that wouldn’t be available until after Christmas and would only last a few years and ultimately need to be replaced. Grasshopper offers financing which helped me make the decision in just replacing the unit. They were here the next day! Amazing customer service, amazing courtesy from technicians to individuals over the phone. I’m beyond glad I chose this company!
