Excellent service! Did a thorough annual servicing of my furnace, then explained in detail what was done. Fortunately everything was operating properly. But I appreciated that they took their time with both the work, and the communication. And it was all included in my annual contract. Great deal!

Tyler and team were amazing. Bought an old house that had a furnace that hadn't been maintained. Grasshopper offered to fix it but also broke it down that the furnace was at the end of its life and would probably need yearly repairs. In the long run would just be better to upgrade. The installation team came out and went above and beyond by even replacing some duct work free of charge. Will definitely be using grasshopper for years to come.

I called Grasshopper on a Sunday afternoon due to a leaking water softener. Representative Luis arrived quickly, stopped the leak and offered 3 options to move forward. He explained the options and patiently answered my questions. A few days later Luis and a colleague, Cam, installed a new water softener. They successfully completed the installation and took the time to show me how to replenish the salt. I really appreciated working with Luis, he definitely went the extra step to make sure it was a successful customer experience , thank you!

Alex was amazing and the nicest person! Him and Pamela went above and beyond to help me make sure my heating unit got fixed! Nights were getting cold, and Alex even worked late, to stop by and make sure the new part was installed and heat was working. Thank you both for your help and caring nature!

Called grasshopper to do a heating tune up on our 4 year old furnace/ac unit

I called Grasshopper to fix a newer furnace that wasn't working. Matt and Anna showed up and were extremely professional and nice! They found multiple balls in my high efficiency furnace export pipe got them out and got my heat back on! Beyond nice even loved my nosey cat.

They were very polite on the phone and were able to set up a service appointment on the same day. The service person was very knowledgeable and explained the problem with our furnace.

Dancing was very helpful and figured out the problem quickly, he's a huge asset to your company. Very pleasant and found my mistake and corrected it. Thank you

Josh came to do our routine maintenance checkup and he was amazing! They were super respectful of the space when I was working from home and limited noise while I was on a meeting which I appreciated. Everyone from grasshopper is always so nice and efficient. We love working with them!!
